The University Alliance of the Silk Road (UASR), established in 2015, currently hosts 151 member universities from 38 countries and regions. Under the framework of the Alliance, “2019 UASR Presidents' Forum” will be held from September 17th to 20th by and at Xi’an Jiaotong University, aiming to further promote the internationalization strategy of the city Xi’an, “university+” strategy and innovation-driven development strategy.

Both domestic and foreign representatives from the member universities will be invited to share their featured practices and experiences of school running. Also, new thoughts and approaches for the internationalization in terms of talent cultivation in “Belt and Road” context will be discussed.
