Message from the Chairman

Xi'an Jiaotong University (School of Energy and Power Engineering) and Tokushima University (Faculty of Science and Technology) established the International Collaboration Laboratory “Laboratory on Advanced Laser Measurement Technology for Industrial Applications” in November 2017. For the purpose of industrial innovation by advanced measurement technology based on this Collaboration Laboratory, International Symposium on Advanced Laser Measurement Technology: ISALMT2018 was held in Tokushima(Japan) by both Universities on March 10th, 2018. In order to induce innovations in the related fields, the symposium topics are enriched to invite more researchers for the communication and development. 2nd International Symposium on Advanced Measurement, Analysis and Control for Energy and Environment(AMACEE2019) will be held in Xi’an(China) by enlarged research communities on Dec. 6th-9th, 2019.

The scope of this symposium covers a various range of industrial applications which include, but are not limited to the following topics:

• Measurement Technology on Temperature, Concentration, and Velocity
• Measurement Technology on Distance and other Physical Parameters
• Advanced Methodology on Laser Diagnostics (TDLAS, LIBS, LIF, etc.)
• Optical Engineering and Imaging Sensing Techniques
• Lasers, Detectors, and Optics
• Other Technology related to Measurement Technology
• Combustion, Chemical Reaction, Environment, Transport Phenomena of Pollutants Environment
• Non-destructive Test with Compact Neutron Source
• Computational Fluid Dynamics, Nonlinear Phenomena
• System Control Theory and Applications
